Who/What Since 2006 Audrey has competed in over 76 events (triathlons, aquathlons, 5k, 10k and ½ marathons and sportives) this helps her understand the needs of the athlete.  Working as a personal trainer in a gyms; with clients at home and/or outdoors has helped enhance Audrey’s understanding of the wide variety of equipment and alternative training environments.

Having someone independently setting your training, means you will be more committed to the process and outcomes.  You’ll benefit from knowing you have someone monitoring your progress, encouraging and motivating you to reach your goals.  If set out to achieve something worthwhile, isn’t it best to commit yourself fully to succeed?

"I'll be going steady, bearing in mind the idea is to cycle back from Brighton as well. Probably averaging 23-25kph, with a stop or two on the way down and regrouping after hills."

Setting up a Junior parkrun

Lambeth Council are keen to set up a Junior parkrun in Brockwell Park that will take place the first Sunday of each month at 11.00am.  They are looking for parents to get involved to help set it up and/or volunteer.
