Wednesday Spin Session
Cost: £5 for 90 minutes
Led by BTF & Spinning coach Rachel Pye, the session will concentrate on endurance and conditioning required for triathlon.
We currently have 18 spots, and it is first to sign up get the bikes. After the gym refurbishment there will be 22 spots as we know this is a popular session! As such, only sign up if you are 100% sure you can make it. If you are unsure, please click maybe so everyone has a fair chance to get a bike. We don't want the session to be booked out on Wednesday morning and end up having spare bikes and people wanting to spin, so please be considerate to your fellow members!
If you sign up, and drop out last minute twice in a 4 week period - you will go in the 'spin sin bin' and won’t be allowed to come for a month. It’s the only way we can ensure everyone has the opportunity to spin.
Please be on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late and haven't let someone know then your bike will be up for grabs! Remember to bring adequate liquids and a towel (to clear up your sweat)! The bikes have SPD MTB pedals and toe-clips.
If it’s your first time, just inform reception and they will let you though. Please bring your membership card as we will be doing spot checks to make sure full members have priority.
