Wednesday sessions concentrate on producing endurance & conditioning required for long distance triathlon.
This is now only a spin session

We are limited to 19 Spin bikes
Please be prompt & confirm attendance through RSVP on the left - full Windrush members have priority to first use of machines.
(unconfirmed non-member attendees will only get a bike if spare)
Remember a Towel and liquids of choice.
If its your first time - Just inform the frontdesk you have come for the windrush session to be allowed through.
