We have a new swim session starting Thrsday 03rd May from 19:00-20:00pm.
We will have 2 lanes for our use. Come down and get used to the pool. These sessions are coached by pro triathlete Jonathan Hotchkiss.
Just show your Windrush card at reception.
There is an additional spin session after. If you wish to attend it's £7.50 for both sessions - just pay the coach at start of the swim.
