Gutted, didn't realize I was disqualified! I'll try to find out why, probably due to my inability to count bike laps but thought I completed 9.

Well done to everyone at Crystal Palace. Some really good times.

Alistair Huggett and I were holding the Windrush fort at Dorney Lake today. Alistair got 3rd place in the super sprint at 1. 06 with an amazing 33 minutes on the bike.

I think I got 2nd place in the Auckland Qualified sprint distance in my age group at 1.18.20.  Results places still to be posted so it could be a Windrush place in the World Championships.

The water was 14 C so I was pleased to have been in the Lido to experience the freshness otherwise I might have got straight out.

Deborah

wowzer! A great day for Windrush!

Excellent result! You are certainly a star Deborah!

Cheers

Frank

Back to the drawing board... virtually 2mins slower than last year. Gutted!

Brilliant - well done everyone at Crystal Palace, was great to see everyone in the pub afterwards for a well deserved roast.

Deborah - well done you - awesome stuff!

Craig, it may not have been you as the other windrusher who got a Zero time also thought he had done 10 laps rather than 8 which would not have been a DSQ.

Superb times guys and great support from Ash and the others on the course. Deborah & Alistair cracking result at Dorney.

My bike splits in graph form.

I think I've got a few things to learn about pacing...

Surely you should have done 9 laps....

First timing is at the mat at the hill - mind there should still be eight Luke!

I hope people don't mind but as a data geek I was quite interested to look at what stuweb provided. Fwiw, this is a lap time representation of the first 20 Windrushers on the bike leg. Unfortunately, lap1 doesn't seem to format on download so I'm only able to offer laps 2 to 9:
