He is awesome

The guy is in deed awesome! Check out how lush his bike was for Panama:

Good to see it was Kiwi Bevan Docherty that won it.

And surprisingly Lance Armstrong didn't have the fastest bike leg. Perhaps the bling bike held him back?

I am looking forward to seeing him do a full Ironman...

I'm looking forward to seeing you do one too ;-)

I think he targeted staying with Lieto on the bike to find the a decent pace that would allow him to have a good run off. We know he can bike faster than that - but just not too much how it'd affect his running.

Properly good effort though. I picked that he'd do well, but not that well!

Does anyone in the Brixton area do similarly comprehensive bike fittings?

You having trouble converting your UCI legal to tri position too?

Its a shame that the coverage of Lance meant that the women's race got so little coverage however.  At least this vid is more balanced.  You gotta feel sorry for the other guys as everyone just cheers for Lance!!!

The roads look amazing to ride on.  Like they just resurfaced them.

women do sport?

*ducks*
