Brave folks are welcome to run tomorrow.  I think the roads will be clear of snow/ice, but please be careful if you choose to go out.

I won't be able to meet runners at the lido tomorrow, so PLEASE look at the route or print out a copy.  

Meet at 9:30am outside the lido.  This is open to ALL runners, regardless of speed/fitness.

The whole group can stick together on this one, as I've worked the first 5km into the overall 13.5km route.

The end of the 5km loop finishes at the lido for anyone who wants to do the shorter route.
