Following on from last night and some changes in other classes at the Lido, we are now able to have our class at the earlier time of 8-9pm on Tuesday evenings.
This class will also be in STUDIO 3 at the back of the gym.
Due to space restrictions as we spend a lot of the time on the floor on mats, the class is limited to 15 on a first sign-up basis. Please don't sign up and then drop out though!!
Last's nights class was a real wake-up call for most of us about flexibility, core and glute strength!! Three key areas if you want to prevent injury and use your body in an efficient and fast way.
