As we start moving towards our winter training schedule, we are going to be restarting our Friday night swim at JAGS in Dulwich. This will be 8.15 to 9.15 on Friday nights, starting on the 21st September. It's quite a social session as there is always the option of going to the pub afterwards :-)
For those who haven't been before, the sessions are coached by Audrey, and are fantastic for helping to improve your swim technique. We have two lanes (fast and not so fast) and as a rough guide you need to be able to swim 100m continuously (freestyle) to get the most out of the session.
Session sign up will appear as normal on the right hand side of the screen from next Sunday.
Guys - if you want to improve your swimming over the winter this is a must!! Audrey is consistently rated our top coach and really does give a great session. There is plenty of time for drills with individual feedback as well as work to improve your fitness. Once you get into the pattern of going to these it really does make a difference. Plus we usually go out for drinks and dinner afterwards in Dulwich!!!
