Hello All, especially those that are relatively new to the club!!

We are working on a welcome section for new people as we realise the website can be hard to navigate when you are new.

However, until then I just wanted to let you know how you can sign up for sessions.  It is pretty simple, you just need to click on the session or event to the right of the page (these are put up each week by Len our webmaster).  Once you have clicked on the event you just need to click to say you are coming.  You don't need to click if you are not coming!  If you have to drop out due to a last minute crisis please change your RSVP so someone else can take your place. If you do have to drop out please say as early as possible.

This is essential for the Wednesday spin session as there are only 19 bikes, and Friday swimming as only space for 16, it is also a good idea to sign up for other sessions so the coaches can have an idea of numbers and who is coming along.  If you are new we can also make sure to say hi to you etc!!!

Don't be shy and come along!!!

'maybe' attending doesn't really help anyone either.

If I could workout how to remove the button it would have already

Updated info for newbies. You need to sign up for sessions as soon as you can for Wednesday spin (limited to18 or 19 depending on spin bike availability), Thursday swimming(limited to 10 currently) and Friday swim (limited to 16). Sessions are put up on a Sunday. Other sessns have unlimited space, within reason. Sessions fill up fast in January!!!
