To all members: we are changing the way we collect class attendance fees
Hi Windrushers
Windrush's spin and swim sessions have become very popular and very well attended, which is great! This success means that we need to tighten up our systems for collecting and keeping track of cash at sessions.
So in the next week or two we will be rolling out a system similar to that used by Andrew Potter at Tuesday swim sessions to more of our sessions. We will be asking you to fill in registers carefully, sign your own name, and hand your money directly to the coach who will record the amount paid.
Sometimes people forget cash, and this is impossible to avoid. Could I ask that when you do forget cash, you borrow cash from a friend at the session or to jog to the cashpoint in the first five mins of the session - now that we have sessions every day of the week and over 150 members it is impossible to keep track of IOUs.
The coaches and I very much appreciate your help with this as it will make our lives a lot easier!

Sorry Susan to totally mess up your new system last night at the spin class by forgetting to bring money and writing an IOU on the list. Needless to say I had missed your post above and was not deliberately trying to put a spanner in the works! If you send me the Windrush account details I will make a transfer directly, or can send a cheque to you.
