I am taking part in the London Triathlon in September and trying to find a good training plan. I already run a lot but can anyone point me in the right direction?
You could try looking on www.220triathlon.com - I think they have a few that are free to download. Alternatively, come along to some of our sessions and get tips off us!
Do one of the brick session the club offers, they are great for maximising your training time and doing multi discipline.

I think I have seen it 7.30 on Wednesday in the Lido, do I need to book?
