Hi Ben,
As I said, I know stuff comes up. This is why we give 2 chances. However, if you drop out late, people can't just come along as they won't have their kit with them at work etc, or will have made other plans. This then leaves empty bikes. The rules are clear and people know that midday is the latest drop out time, and even then it is pushing it as people ideally need to know before they leave for work what they will be doing in the evening. We have to make it fair for everyone to get a chance at coming along.

I see you dropped out of spin last night at the last minute. I know that stuff comes up, but unfortunately this meant that it was too late for anyone to come along and fill your space. This is not great as so many people want to do the session. As stated in the session rules you are now in the spin sin bin. If you drop out like this again in the next month you will be banned for a month. Sorry if it seems harsh, but this makes it fair for everyone and also means the club doesn't loose money which we need to pay the coach and the venue hire!
