Just making sure you are still coming tonight as we have some extras signed up and I don't want them to miss out if people can't make Pilates today....

Came 3rd overall in the Sprint, so absolutley thrilled with that! Definitely still room for improvement all round though esp the bike and T2.

Was hoping to compete at club champs in Reading but unfortunately we have an engagement do that weekend!

Will definitley have to be quicker off the mark booking in for spin, I hear that they can be pretty hard sessions! Have a good one tonight!

Hi - you have signed up for the Crystal Palace Triathlon under the Windrush name.

Since this race is also the Windrush Club Championship we have asked Crystal Palace to put us all into a Club group start, i.e. we will all go off in Windrush time order for our swim.  Some of you have not read our emails about this and have not ticked the box saying it is the club championship (see table on discussion forum), and therefore have not ticked the box saying you want us to start together.  I will tell Crystal Palace to ignore this fact and start us all together with the other club championship clubs, UNLESS you message me stating that you would rather not start with us at the beginning of the race, but would slot in during the course of the morning according to your swim time.

Tony D, James Raffle and Julia - you have said that you wish to NOT start with Windrush.  Please let me know if this is still the case.

I will message you individually about this too to make sure you all get it!!

Thanks

Laura

Hey Charles - looks like Brendan wasn't at the swim on Thursday so I guess you still have his t-shirt?  Is there any way I can get this from you before you go away?

Hey - I got slightly confused last night!!  Neither Stuart nor Brendan have paid - can you please collect £12 from both?  Thanks so much.

OK cool - see you on Weds.  The spin will go up soon to sign up.  Its a shame you couldn't make the camp but as its the first one we were a little late in advertising it this year.  You'll have more notice for the next one!!!

Hi Charles,

Can you please let me know which session (Mon, Weds or Fri) you will be at this week to pick up your T-shirt and pay?  I can't keep lugging them around forever Im afraid and we need payment this week.

Many Thanks

Laura
