Yes I go fairly regularly and it's great. I tend to go before work and cycle there - theres plenty of bike racks outside and there's a video camera pointing at the racks but i'd still use a beater and not your best.…"

Hi John - just checking that you saw the message last week that you are banned from spin for a month? You either didn't turn up or dropped out late on both 11th April and last week, which is twice in a 4 week period. I am really sorry about this but those are the rules as we have a lot of people that want to come to the sessions, and this kind of thing stops others from training.
