"Hey I would hazard a guess of at least 4.5 hours.  There aren't any hills to worry about massively - e.g. we go the easier way over Toys Hill - just lots of drags that seem to go on forever and no easy bits to cruise round.  Its a…"

Tonight's spin session

Audrey cannot unfortunately make it tonight but we will still have a session on the bikes for 60 - 90 minutes.

Bring a towel, energy drink and maybe something to eat for those staying for 90 mins.

Alternatively, do a set on the bikes and then go for a run either on the treadmill or outside.

Essential training session so see you later

Social - this wednesday!!

Hi everyone

We thought it was about time we all got together outside of our cycling shoes and speedos for a friendly beer!

One of our regular swim session members Rob has suggested the Half Moon Pub (on half Moon Lane in herne Hill) on Wednesday for a rollapalooza event.

It looks a bit of fun and if you're having withdrawal symptoms from missing the normal Wednesday swim session, you can perhaps have a go and challenge another…

Committee Positions

Hi Guys

Apologies for the delay in getting back to all of you regarding the committee positions we discussed previously. Firstly, thanks all for your interest and showing your commitment to the club. We can't do it alone and need as many people as possible to help out.

Over the last few weeks, we have been identifying club objectives and what the priorities are over the next few months so this process has taken slightly longer than…

Hi Oli, I got the swine just before the Vitruvian in September so had to miss it and was trying to do longer stuff before that so haven't been to Windrush for months! Since then I've been pretty slack although I did the Kingston Breakfast run on 11th Oct. Thanks for the reminder! It would be good to start up proper training again!

L Alpe d'Huez was really great, I really enjoyed it except the swim that was not very friendly...I finished 583 within 3:12
Hope I will do it again next year. And now I would like to do another one end of september but didn't find one yet. And you what is your next race? I am coming back to UK on the 21st Aug so maybe will go to Saturday morning session.
