Heron Lake this sunday??
Hi All - I am keen to get an open water swim in on Sunday - there is a pre london triathlon open water training session at Heron Lake £25 a pop take a look at the link below http://www.rickkiddle.com/details.htm#openwatercourses

Thanks for the warm welcome!!I have only just moved to Brixton and have been looking for a tri club to get involved with. I am a complete beginner but have signed myself up or the London event in July and now need to learn to swim as a matter of urgency!!
What would be the best course of action for a beginner like myself, are the sessions suitable for someone with only a basic standard of fitness?
