"I would buy the one I tried on, but im not sure of its size or material so will wait for the next order.
Think it might have been Race but the website says the Race cut is only for Cat 1 cyclists.
Im not even a Cat 4
"Are we going to get a chance to see the designs before ordering?
I was happy with the old design but it wasn't reflected well on the last kit order.
If we're sticking with the old design can you publish the images here?
"They did not enforce wave start times in anyway last year.
I would race with anyone you wanted to start with.
The earlier the better, once there have been a few crashes on the course it gets backed up."
"Updated on the fast group list:
Ben, Russell, Massimo, George H, Paul, Tim, Chris
We'll be taking a slightly different route than the other groups but we be going the sameway over ditching beacon.
Whoever gets there first, picks the least worst…"
"The fast group is aiming for an average between 25kph - 30kph.
Currently a group of five
Ben, Russell, Massimo, George H, Paul
Meeting point is 9:30am at Cadence
Anyone else looking to join us, let me know."
Therefore it is IMPERATIVE that you follow these two rules for Saturday swimming:
a) You must ONLY swim in the ONE LANE allocated to us from 09:45-10:45.
b) You must ONLY wear the YELLOW WINDRUSH CAP. If you don't have a cap you need to buy one before you swim at this session. Neil the kit coordinator will be selling them at swimming sessions. No Windrush cap, no swim.
it was classic Lanzarote: windy on the bike and hot on the run. They allowed over 2400 athletes to enter this year and with such a big field the swim and first half of the bike was pretty hectic.V happy with getting under 13 hours given I had to run-walk the marathon. Came in top 25% of my age group. I'll do a gentle recovery ride with JC this weekend and then back to training next week!
Hi Paul, Yep, spotted that... :) I think the super fast runners were all I'm bed avoiding the rain! I'm volunteering at Wimbledon this week, but will hopefully be back at Brockwell next week...to defend my title!!
