A personal appeal from James Cracknell - Use your head. Use your helmet
On 20th July it's exactly one year since James Cracknell was seriously injured in a cycling accident in America. His helmet saved him. Wear a helmet when you ride!! James (ex-Olympic gold medal rower) is a hero of mine.

Said hi to Mr Cracknell a few weeks ago at Richmond Park - seems he wont be returning to triathlon for a while which is a shame
